Before submitting a warranty request, please review ALL information below:
Butora USA offers a 90-day limited warranty from the original date of purchase. This warranty covers manufacturer and workmanship defects only, rubber wear is not included. We reserve the right to make all warranty decisions including decline, partial credit or full replacement.
If your product is not approved, you will be contacted to pay return shipping of the product from Butora back to the customer.
Warranties will be replaced with the exact size and model. NO size/model exchanges permitted.
Split size warranties will be charged an additional $25.00 for a split size replacement.
Wholesale and rental customers, please contact your account manager for warranty issues.
Butora USA is not responsible for shipping charges on warranties. The customer is responsible for shipping the product back to us.
Butora is not responsible for lost or stolen packages in transit. Please use a trackable shipping method with insurance to protect yourself against loss en-route.
Butora does not warranty normal wear and tear of rubber. Please resole your shoes before they are worn out. See our suggested repair shops for details. Link to our page
PROgram Warranty(Prodeal): We reserve the right to decline any prodeal warranties that fall under wear and tear. We understand that pros will typically use gear at a higher intensity and frequency. This will be taken into consideration during your warranty evaluation.
To return a product for warranty inspection please follow the below instructions:

You will be contacted once your warranty has been processed. Please allow 2-3 weeks for your warranty to be processed once received. If we have backorders from the manufacturer there could be further delays.
