Customer Service Manager / Warehouse Assistant
HMH Outdoors is hiring a Customer Service Manager / Warehouse Assistant.
Full or Part time: $40,000/year annually full-time or $20/hour part-time. Benefits include paid
vacation and medical/dental/vision insurance.
▪ Respond to customer service calls & emails daily
▪ Product returns
▪ Product management and basic inventory
▪ Restocking of supply shelves and product cleanliness
▪ Assisting with warehouse management
▪ Assisting with purchasing and receiving upon arrival
▪ Learning and managing ERP software (Odoo)
▪ Routinely lifting 40 lbs.
▪ Assisting Operations Manager as needed
This location is in-person at our warehouse in Lander, Wyoming. If you want to work in the
climbing industry on a small but efficient team and are detail-oriented, can lift 40 lbs, and have
the ability to learn software tools, we would like to interview you.
