We are looking to grow our team and seeking two individuals to join in the role of Account Manager.
Each of these two account managers will manage a territory encompassing the following states:

Western United States Account Manager: CA, WA, NV, AK, HI, ID, OR
-
Mountain States Account Manager: CO, WY, AZ, NM, MT, UT
Job Summary:
Account Managers are the primary points of contact with our clients. This role drives retention and revenue by being proactive, sales-minded, and attentive to client needs. Our team is fast- paced, collaborative, and constantly innovating to deliver the best possible products and service. A typical day will involve outreach to customers, placement of orders, meeting with the internal team and planning sales trips. This position requires attention to detail, the ability to self-motivate, high-level communication and the ability to work well with a diverse group of people.
You'll be joining a small team in a growing organization if selected for this position. We work closely together, even though we are all remote. The ability to self-motivate and not require constant oversight is key.
Essential Functions and Responsibilities:
• Build strong client relationships and trust with influencers and key decision makers.
• Develop rapport as a consultative partner. This includes customer needs assessment,
communicating value, ensuring engagement, and evaluation of customer satisfaction.
• Deliver revenue growth through selling of additional products and services to existing
customers.
• Schedule travel within territory to provide sales meetings, staff clinics, product demos
and event support.
• Identify new opportunities for growth with new dealers.
• Place orders for customers.
• Solve problems that may arise for wholesale customers.
• Attend trade shows as necessary.
• Provide insight of product feedback from within territory management.
• Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
• Experience in an outside sales role or similar experience strongly preferred.
• Proven ability and record of setting and achieving sales goals.
• Excellent written and verbal skills.
• Ability to respond to customers’ needs in a timely manner.
• Strong Microsoft office skills and the ability to learn Oracle Netsuite.
• The ability to self-start, think creatively and problem solve.
• Work well with a variety of personality types and communication styles.
Compensation:
This position is base plus commission, with proven commission history. Bonuses for new accounts is provided, as is a monthly auto stipend. Trade show and mandatory company travel expenses covered.
