Customer Service Manager / Warehouse Assistant

HMH Outdoors is hiring a Customer Service Manager / Warehouse Assistant.


Full or Part time: $40,000/year annually full-time or $20/hour part-time. Benefits include paid
vacation and medical/dental/vision insurance.

Responsibilities:
â–ª Respond to customer service calls & emails daily
â–ª Product returns
â–ª Product management and basic inventory
â–ª Restocking of supply shelves and product cleanliness
â–ª Assisting with warehouse management
â–ª Assisting with purchasing and receiving upon arrival
â–ª Learning and managing ERP software (Odoo)
â–ª Routinely lifting 40 lbs.
â–ª Assisting Operations Manager as needed

This location is in-person at our warehouse in Lander, Wyoming. If you want to work in the
climbing industry on a small but efficient team and are detail-oriented, can lift 40 lbs, and have
the ability to learn software tools, we would like to interview you.
